Is that an Electra King?

It is, yes!
Which model?

I always have trouble finding model names.  :-\

Tonight I'll have to check a book at home where I think there's a pic of this car. I don't know if it'll give the model name you're looking for, though.

OK, I did some looking and found two places where the same pic as yours was identified as an Electra King Rancho from 1967. Oddly, though, I also found that same model name attached to a 3-wheeled E.K.

That's the name, yes.

It was actually available as a 3 or 4 wheeler, but haven't seen the name 'Rancho' refer to anything other than the one with 4 wheels..

Bit of publicity material for interest:

The name "Rancho" associated with a 3-wheeler:

It's exactly the same brochure (complete with the crossing out of 'three batteries' replaced by 'four batteries'!) but with a different picture.

Really it's pretty much the same car apart from the 3 or 4 wheels, so suppose it's excusable to have the same name for it.

Actually, I think there has been a 3-wheel Electra King posted as a puzzle before, but not with the name Rancho...
