Although I have said "No" to all the suggestions so far I believe the car would have had a Triumph engine, but is not in itself Triumph-based.

Aha - so you managed to find a computer!
Yes - it is indeed the one and only EB Morgan.
It was made by the same EB (Edwards Brothers) who made the Debonair as a trial commissioned by Peter Morgan to see if they would be able to produce bodies for the dome-roofed modern Morgan Plus Four Plus, for which they did get the contract.  Unfortunately (for them) that was not what Morgan buyers wanted, and only 12 were made in the end.  This EB Morgan remained unique.

I undertand this car has been restored and is now red.
