Yep - that's the one.
My puzzles are dropping like flies today!

This was made by the same Vincent that made the renowned motorcycles like the Black Shadow.
Several prototypes of this 3-wheeler were made before cars were offered to the public for £500 (more than a Mini cost 4 years later..) but since the vehicle was very impractical with only 3 wheels, no self-starter, reverse gear or hood (in England!) there were very few takers (or more probably none at all..)

One prototype is still believed to exist.

Another one with local interest for me, as I used to see Vincents being tested on the Great North Road when I was driving to work!
I wonder if the (unusual) London trade plate is significant.
A friend who restores Vincent motorbikes showed me the chassis of a three-wheeler some years ago, but I had no idea what body it had. Might well be this one, but who can say?
