VNIITE Maxi, Taxi prototype, based on ZAZ 965 (rear-engined), first shown Dec. 1967.

Maxi was wrong: VNIITE PT (Prototype Taxi), rear engine (Moskvitch), 1965.

It was never called Moskvitch in fact. Siata1 was right about this being a VNIITE PT.
