Yes it has a Panhard base. It was supposed to have been lost in time but 5 years ago it suddenly turned up. Frgot the guy's name. Let me check...

Maybe it didn't appear at public races until 5 years ago, but it wasn't hidden in some secret garden. I saw the car in 2002 when visiting the now closed Musée des Voitures Anciennes in Landivisiau (Brittany).
