For 1 point - what is this car, who built it and when?
Looks like Florida by Ghia –or eventually its Hansa alter ego.

Not Ghia.
Not Hansa, but close.
So probabely the Lloyd Alexander Ghia Aigle Coupé by Pietro Frua, november 1958. Stunning elegant car, critisized for being too much of a Renault Floride sibling (design by the same team). But being white colour this must be the Borgward Arabella Coupé from 59 -same team again...
Again you've mentioned every word somewhere, if not all together..
It's the right car so this is another one solved!

Another view - of the car I posted this morning (it was a repost)
Some details differ (bumpers, indicators) - perhaps this is different model year?

No, the car posted by woodinsight is not the Lloyd
Arabella Coupé by Frua, but the Lloyd
Alexander Coupé by Frua.
It appears others have made the same error, including the site from which I pulled my picture. So, not a re-post at all.
But the internet has returned to a balanced state, as still other sites have presented the white puzzle car as the Alexander
C'est la vie
Well that clears up the confusion I guess.......
Too late... I wanted to clear it up. Got a pic showing both cars on one photo.
Sorry woodinsight. I thought they'd done a hasty front-end re-design..
No problem - glad to see it cleared up.
