Could be a Bizzarrini based on a Lamborghini 400 GT Chassis and engine.

It could indeed be and it earns you your first point!
Apparently it was built in 1971 by Giancarlo Reali of Livorno with initial help from Giotto Bizzarrini.  It is based around a Lamborghini Jarama 400GT chassis and running gear.
