EDT 11/2012: A period picture of the bigger brother L300/L400:

D-type

Is this an early example of "photoshopping"?  In PJ's post #21 it has the registration AW 21 0847 where the '8' looks wrong and in Grob's post #23 it uis AW 21 0647.   ???  Did they want people to think there were more cars than just the prototype?

I took my pic from a magazine, where they use to "draw the pictures"...probably they just wrote it wrong.

This is not the single-seater Eremit, but a two-seater Brütsch 400. I guess the "L 300" name given in the picture derives from the 300cc Lloyd engine.
