What's this, by whom, from when - for 1 point?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

Now you can answer again Wingroad.
I'll lock it for you since you posted a good answer (although I can't remember what it was...!)

It's not a 124 but I don't think that's what you said last time..
Still locked for you to try to remember!

Fiat 2300?

No, that's still not what you said.
I remember now that you got the model right, but didn't give enough info for the point; if you had I would have given you the point but I had to delete your comment as you had in the meantime become an Expert hence were unable to continue with guesses on the Rookie board!

Just write what you wrote before and that will be the right model, but of course I still need the builder's name and when it was built.

Is it still locked?

It is, yes.
We'll just give wingroad more go and if he still doesn't get it I'll open it up again..

I think you have!
Just tell me when it was built and you can have your well-earned point!
