Yes, it is indeed the Dick Jacobs MG YB Special from 1954.

Looks a lot smarter than it did in the 1960s when David Rouse had it.
David drove it from Essex to MGCC Silverstone, or Brands Hatch, raced it and drove it home.
It carried 982 VWL. as its number at that time, having been XNO1 before (now on a Volvo!). It looks as if it's carrying XNO1 in the second photo . . .

As it was in the original photo too until I blotted it out!
It must be just there for nostalgia's sake if that number is registered to a Volvo now.
