It's a Factory Five Car yes, but it does have a name and don't think Daytona is part of it.
It is based on a car (in looks anyway) that had a very limited run; there was of course a production Daytona Spyder.

Locked for you to come up with the name I have!

Absolutely!
Think it's inspired by the Ferrari 275GTS/4 NART Spyder (or is that the 275GTB/4S NART?!) with Chevy engine.
