My pit isn't quite so bottomless as woodinsight's seems to be, but here are a few more puzzles for some Puzzlers to earn a point; 1 for this car's correct identification and year:

I'm going to promote some puzzles direct to the PAFW board to give a better chance for some different guys to get a rare point!

Here's the first!

It is, yes, but it's not just that.
It's a Griffin _____ and when is it from?

;D That´s the Griffin Number #2 : also used an oak frame, but had a sedan body that seated four.Passengers could enter through one of two side doors or through a single front door.Maybe 1938?

Yes again - it's the Griffin No. 2.
But I have it from somewhat earlier than 1938 so have another go and see if you can get the date right (assuming, of course, I am right..!)
Still your puzzle.

Thank you Carnut. Maybe 1932?

Carnut

Probably not quite as early as that, as that's when he built no. 1, but it may not be possible to ascertain exactly when no. 2 dates from.
It's definitely not as late as 1938, as by then the workshop he used to build his cars was being used by a boat-builder, so it must be somewhere in between 1932 and 1938; I would have thought 1933/4, but I don't actually have any evidence for that!

So I think I'll give you your point, call it solved and move it!

Well done.
