I don't think I've ever been so confused looking at a car.
It's probably wicked fun to drive, but it should come with a paper bag to hide under.

I believe it was based on a 1972 Mini, but as for who was responsible for it - I think he was shot, or if he wasn't he should have been...!  Can't tell you his name though I'm afraid.
