AFAIR it is Colani Le Mans, based on Viper.

Yes, that seems to be the name it's known under, although Colani seems to call half the cars he designs 'Le Mans'!
I've also seen it described as 'Colani Viper' but since you mention it's based on the Dodge Viper that covers that angle too, so the point is  yours and it's solved!
