Not exactly. There were a few Pan Americans built by Henney from 1951 to 1954. This particular car is the '54. It's the only one with the divided eggcrate grille instead of the heavy rolled bars in the previous cars. This one also has the reworked '55 fins and "cathedral" taillights in the back.

I did have lots of photos of the others ones too and they all seemed to be Pan Americans, which confused me somewhat.
I posted this one because a) I liked it best and b) I thought it the least recognisable as a Packard.
I'll change the heading accordingly, but I've given aaron his point already and can't change that - it confused me and it does appear all over the Web as a '51 so we'll just have to live with the slight error!
