What is it? Need make & model.
3x6 = 18 at least :o ???
Since this has moved off the front page of Rookies and isn't getting any new views, I'm going to go ahead and take it to the Experts.
"What is it that roareth thus?
Can it be a Motor Bus?
.... plus another 18 lines.
or a Dennis charabanc?
Nope.
Steam?
Not to my knowledge.
The only info I have is the make, model, year, country, and purpose.
OK, I'm going to toss this to the Pros now.
Radiator looks a bit like a FIAT, so perhaps this charabanc is one of theirs of the early 1920s.
Nope. Wrong country, wrong decade.
French?
No. In Europe, but not quite as prolific of a car-producing country.
Scania?
Nope. Not a Scandinavian country.
Swiss?
No, but much closer geographically.
Austria?
Correct... at least, it was Austria at the time. ;)
Austro-Daimler pre-1920?
Pre-1920 but not Austro-Daimler.
And, to clarify my vague hint, the relevant place became part of something besides Austria after WW I.
Nesselsdorfer?
Correct -- It is a Nesseldorf.
Now we just need the model name.
Hints:
(1) It obviously means "big."
(2) It could be seen as a strange choice for the time (1913).
I can't find anything usable, so I have to guess: Koloss?
No. It's a very famous name -- and very recently famous as of 1913 -- but famous for a bad reason.
Big hint: Think of bad things that happened shortly before 1913.
I found it in my Tatra book this evening: it is the Nesselsdorf Titanic from around 1910.
I have it as 1913, but... you've got it!!
It was built as a sightseeing car for the factory workers, but its passengers in the pic are the management.
