I don't know much about this little beauty.

For one point, please respond and tell me the base, in which country it was built and what name was attached to the front of this van.

maybe I'm wrong and my memory doesn't help me but I think that this one off was built in Poland

Polish ? I should have guessed.  It looks like the PKP locomotives  ::)

there is "CAMPING" written in the fron but i never heard of it
and it is perhaps from 1941

As the last part of the question is answered, I will give the point to thorax. The van surely isn't from 1941, but the VW chassis is.
