Not any of the known ones.
This picture is not of the car after an accident, but one of the special feature of it.
And if you look close at the man, you'll have an indication about the place...

It's a German car, named after his inventor, pictured with the car, and its a 'foldable' car.

York cyclecar?

The source reports the inventor's name of this cyclecar, and it's not York. It starts with 'Z'.

This man is called Heirinch...you know the country and the special feature of this car.
If you recognize also the source, a quick googling may lead you to the solution.

Wow, the pictures are :) great! I don't know, why the author of the article calls the inventor of the foldable car HEINRICH ZASCHKA. The right name of the inventor is ENGELBERT ZASCHKA. Perhaps HEINRICH is an alternate name or a pseudonym for ENGELBERT ZASCHKA. Anyway I like the foldable city car of Zaschka.

I found two videos of Engelbert Zaschka and his inventions:

1. ZASCHKA Three-Wheeler (in German)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDjMssb6Vo8

2. An early helicopter trial of Zaschka in Berlin in 1927

Best regards

He must have been a quite clever guy.

Look at this innovative straight crankshaft design, he has presented in 1929:
