It's ADO 61 based...I'm going take a big leap off some evidence and say it's a version intended for Innocenti

It was the prototype for the Peugeot 204. It was designed by Pininfarina and the design of the grill was first used on the Cadillac Jacqueline (1961); the production model of the 204 didn't have the quad headlamps. By the way, it is said that Pininfarina was inspired by Sophia Loren's eyes to create these headlamps ...

It is from 1963; an interesting detail is the single windscreen wiper, many years before the Citroen CX.
