On its debut on the rally scene, this car won the RAC Lombard rally in 85 with Henri Toivonen. Second in the same event came Markku Alen, also in a S4. The car on the picture is badged with the Lombard rally number 3, which were Toivonens entry number.
So my answer is: This is the winner car from the Lombard rally -85 with Henri Toivonen

Thats the car - the official name is Rally Legend Replicas Lancia Delta S4 (bit of a mouthful then) if you look closely in the photo the name is visible on the stand.
