I think the sign says "auxiliary power supply for ev" therefore I assume it's electrical?

I believe the manufacturer is Power Plaza, so it would be a Power Plaza Yebbujana. Also, it is the 3rd incarnation, which is called 3.0 by the manufacturer.

Power Plaza Yebbujana 3.0


As a comparison, here is the 2.0, with a license plate showing 1.0. Presume the 2.0 is based on the 1.0?
