Did the manufacturer build only electric vehicles or petrol engined ones as well?
It was best known for its electric vehicles, but according to the Beaulieu Encyclopedia, this company also built more conventional cars as well.

Wendax eventually found it. It is a Siemens-Schuckert electric, probably made in 1910. This was bought by the Budapest Electric Company in 1918 and was used until 1926

Not a Lloyd, and I say this: yes the company was active beyond 1918 but there's a but. I am not inclined to reveal the "but" part just yet
Siemens-Schuckert 6/10 PS, which I believe were made by Automobilwerk Wilhelm Körting?
Elite/Geha?
Protos? Protos was taken over by Siemens-Schuckert in 1908, but continued to produce cars under the Protos brand, including electric cars, some of which were manufactured in the Bergmann Electric plant.
It was ropat53 who first said the word "Siemens".
This is a Siemens electric car which was bought by the Budapest Electric Company in 1918 as a used vehicle. Its engine was noted as having 6 hp. It was in use until 1925.
I have a question Pal. It is my understanding that Siemens-Schuckert stopped producing automobiles under that name in 1910, and after 1910 sold their vehicles under the Protos brand, which they owned after 1908. If this is true, and if this car is circa 1914, wouldn't this be a Protos?
Yes, this bothers me as well. But this photo album proved to be very reliable when it comes to identifying cars. So it is possible that it was made earlier.
