No, the Winnetou was entirely different and built in much earlier than this one. Region is largely correct

It's a self-made car, based on a ZAZ but not by Mr Demenin and I think this was built much later than the 1960s

The only one at least similar that I can find is Luch (Луч), but is doesn't have ZAZ parts, afaik.

BTW, Demenin's car looks much different than this.

I don't know but to me the body is from a Renault 11 1970 and the front from a Renault 8 Gordini.
