Is no8 a predecessor of Framo, something like LT200? Picture was taken at Oldtimer-Museum Schmidt

It is not a predecessor, but a rival. Since you found the location, it is only a very little step to the name of it.
Locked for you until your next reply, Pal.

Made by Luther und Heyer in Berlin

Wendax

Yes, that's it. It was also known as the F.L.H.

What about the last ones?

You all have found out the following so far:
#13: not Lambretta, not Spanish
#19: -
#23: threewheeler conversion of the French Ligier JS 4, sold by the US company Zoe, just the model name is missing
#28: -
#31: -
#32: -
#33: - (To get that point, just tell me where the picture was taken, additional information will get you another point).

No23: Zoe Runner?

barrett had already guessed this designation. As I've looked up my source again, I'm not absolutely sure anymore, whether the name I'm looking for is the model name or the brand name foe Zoe's commercial vehicles. My problem is that I don't know how the Zoe Runner looked like. If you can prove this Ligier conversion is it, I will be convinced. For the time being, we are seeking for the model / brand name I have.

28. Triad SIE 3-Wheel. Two models are available. Three wheeler powered by any large motorcycle or small automobile engine. And conventional four wheeled model. Bodies are identical

Congratulations, that is the one.

That leaves:

No13: it's not a Peugeot, is it?

No13 and No32: were these produced in smaller series?

Wendax

The builder of #13 built several "triporteurs" with different bodywork in a series production. Whether the pictured one was a one-off body, I don't know, but at least there were several similar ones.

#32 was built in a small series.

13. P Vallee Triporteur

Yes, it is.

23. Zoetrans. A source says that this one is a Reliant Commercial Vehicle 1985

Zoetrans is the name I'm looking for. I guess it is the name for the commercial vehicles from Zoe, as it was used for the Ligier-type Zoes as well as for the Reliant van sold by Zoe.

He may look French, but he isn't.
