28. Triad SIE 3-Wheel. Two models are available. Three wheeler powered by any large motorcycle or small automobile engine. And conventional four wheeled model. Bodies are identical

Both versions visible here:

Zoetrans is the name I'm looking for. I guess it is the name for the commercial vehicles from Zoe, as it was used for the Ligier-type Zoes as well as for the Reliant van sold by Zoe

I thought that Zoetrans was the name of the company who built the vehicles marketed as Zoes....?

Wendax

I think the company's name was Zoe Motors Inc.

No31: is there anything distinctive about this 3-wheeler which would differentiate it from the ton of similar motorized rickshaws?

Besides the very distinctive paintjob the difference is that the ton of similar motorized rickshaws is not similar motorized.

Yes, it is from Sweden. I guess we could go on this way for hours trying to find the community where the picture was taken. But I tell you right away that it is in Kåge. Unless somebody else will come up with more information about this car, I will award you the point for this one at the end of the puzzle.

That leaves:
#19: Not German, Clue: the correct country should bring you the solution
#31: Asian, not the usual rickshaw engine
#32: German, built in a small series, Clue: another version of this tractor was used for a non-agricultural purpose

No19: North American?
No31: petrol-engined?
