18 Chevrolet NOVA
5 Vauxhall NOVA
21 Lada NIVA

How's that?
That's quite good, except for the fact that #5 is not a Vauxhall Nova wheel. But the other two are correct.

It is the Fiat 126 that was called Personal 4 in some countries.

To give a more complete answer for a couple of partial answers.....wheel  20.jpg is a Panhard PL17 Tigre(1959-1965)......wheel  7.jpg is called a Normale Personal 4 Fiat 126. :) The Panhard PL17 Tigre may help to complete the cat trilogy of cars.

There was a different name to it in some countries.

Just three cats don't make a pairing. Two cars have to have identical model names, the third one is similar.

It could be the 126 Bambino in Germany or the 126 DeVille in UK... Any Cadillac Deville here?

One of them would be a good path to follow.

wheels 7.jpg: 1982 Fiat 126 DeVille, from the UK. This was the only year that I could find, that had the strange styling of the front bumper corners..with the same wheel as in your picture.

I think wheel #7 was pictured in 1977, but that doesn't matter. As I said before, DeVille or Bambino should lead you the way.
