As you say it looks familiar but..
Have had a good search through but can't find an exact match, although several carrozzieri spring to mind.

Is it a Neckar?

It is the Renault Texas, a Ghia proposal from 1961 for the replacement of Renault Floride ; this is the fixed head coupe, a drophead coupe existed too. Renault finally displayed the Caravelle - with just a redesigned roof - in 1962.
