ok, I am going all over the place. It looks somewhat familiar, but I cannot place it.
I have not from Belgium, no VW base or Renault base.
Is it from Germany?

The base is a Panhard Dyna X 5 cv, delivered as a naked chassis in november 1953 to a french Panhard dealer ; the car was later bodied by Emmanuel Bonnet, southern french coachbuilder.
