Solved: Wendax 125a - FD 9 CV

As the original Puzzle 125 turned out to be a repost disguised by another name, I try another one. Since the puzzle would be almost unsolvable with a blurred radiator badge, I left the picture unaltered. But it won't be much easier this way.

For one point, please respond and identify this car and the year it was built.

Those cars are not my subject, but that pennant suggests it could be from Germany.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I see a logo with a cogwheel and three circles. Any relation to Krupp?
