Another project that never materialized beyond the paper.
For one point, please respond and identify the proposed car, its base and the year.

French?
Neither proposal nor base.
Any connection to the Fireball XL5 project?
I don't think so.
Strikingly similar though!
In that case, is it a Trevor Fiore design?
No
The back looks like the Austin Healey 3000 designed by Pininfarina (by Pio Manzù) in 1962. Is it a design sketch for this one?
Neither Pininfarina nor Austin-Healey involved.
Heading towards its final minutes at Pro level ;)

Alright, you both brought the same information. Woodinsight being first, I could have locked it for him to "find" the GT. But since there is only one online source about this proposal, and I'm quite sure that you both know it, I just wanted to shortcut.
Some pictures:
I had written GT but forgot to include it in my haste to post it.
I'm sure you'll get your own back Allemano in some forthcoming puzzles.....!
Never mind. I only referred to one of today's posts...
It's part of the game to come in second place! And I still support the idea of keeping puzzles open as long as possible. ;)
I'm probably guilty of moving my puzzles through the ranks too quickly sometimes but it can be frustrating when there is little response.
