I think 32f is the GM LNJ 3.4-litre V6 engine, built in China and imported into Canada to be used in the Chevrolet Equinox and Pontiac Torrent, 2005-2009.

I'm not very good on American machinery, but I think 32c is a Carter 4BBL AFB (aluminium four-barrel) series carburettor. These were quite widely used, but you'd find one on a late 60s AMC Javelin, for example.
