I can see the styling similarities, but it isn't an Ostner.

Mysteries of the memory.  Once you think of something near the solution, you can't think of something else, even it the image looks so familiar.  
But suddenly the unblock comes : Triangel Lastvogn L-90D from 1953.

Yes, it is the Triangel L-90 D from Denmark. Another point for our truck expert.
