Apologies for the poor image (I've never seen another one)
Make, year and what this car was known as for one point.

No, I know what it is as such, but the name. I believe it be a prewar build car pictured after the war. Wissink from memory and based on a MG?

It may have used some pre-war parts but it is not MG-based.
The builders also constructed a three-wheeler during WW II and the puzzle car was built post WW II.

Wilke, based on a 1934 Ford,  from Apeldoorn, around 1946

Wilke it is, based on a Ford.
I had the year as 1949 but you may be correct.
Do you know what they called the car?
Locked for you.....

DeAutogids

It was sold with the name "Mijn Droom", which translates to "My Dream".
The year 1949 was the year it was offered for sale.

Very good and thanks for confirming the year it was built.
Another point for you.
