I find it quite difficult to identify the car but could it be a DKW?
It is a DKW.
1933 DKW F2 Meisterklasse Sport Meister and Ilse Rasmussen,daughter of DKW founder J.S.Rasmussen.
That's it. This unique car was especially built for her, looking much more elegant than the usual DKWs.

There certainly is. The body was built in the Horch works. Unfortunately, she didn't enjoy the car for a long time, as it was severely damaged in an accident and probably broken up afterwards.
