I believe it is the Austro Daimler ADS "Sascha" 5/15 PS from 1922. Designed by Ferdinand Porsche with input from Graf Alexander Kolowrat. 3 prototypes were built

Yes, it is a Sascha-based prototype for a small 15 hp Austro-Daimler tourer, developped by Ferdinand Porsche. It didn't make it into production as the management thought it was too small.
