Found it! This is a modified Brama Buggy from Brazil from the seventies ... It has an engine of an Renault 12 and normally it looks like this

I knew it was a buggy and had seen the shape of the rear side and rear window somewhere. Unfortunatly, it doesn't have the best looking bodykit in this picture ...

I believe the model name was "Techo Duro".
Brama started production in 1974 and the name of the company was BRAMA - 1a.Fabrica Marplatense de Automoviles Sport, Mar del Plata (BA), Argentina.

I learned that this is one of the first creations of Horacio Pagani. Made in Argentina and way before he moved to Italy.
