The name I have wasn't mentioned on AP before. I'm not quite sure whether he is the builder or the second owner, probably rather the latter.

Max Nagel, DKW-eigenbau from 1930

Yes, that's it. It has a 200 cc DKW engine. I guess, 1930 is the date of the main components, the car looks younger, probably early post-war.
