For one point, please respond, identify this kit and name three possible base cars.

It looks like it might become, when completed, an Almquist Speedster. These were offered in a number of variations and wheelbases, and could be fit to Volkswagen or Renault chassis. Not sure what the third base might be...

I believe the third base car would have been a Fiat Topolino

I have another name, but I see that it is very closely related to the Almquist. VW and Renault chassis were not mentioned in the original leaflet this picture is from.

According to their brochure the body would fit 'any chassis 78" to 82", e.g. Fiat, Morris Minor and Crosley'.  That doesn't rule out others though!
