The shape of the radiator reminds of an Egg. I typed in Rudolf Egg and Seebach and found the picture!
Maschinenbau AG (1920)
So this is a Rudolf Egg-designed touring car from 1921 (or 1920 as the caption says) produced by the Machine Factory in Seebach (Semag) with a 11 PS four-cylinder engine. Body by Ramseier and Streun, Bern.
Congratulations, Pal. That is the one. Another point for you.
