It's a 4/12 hp built by Ipe Auto-Gesellschaft mbH, Berlin, between 1919 and 1922.
4-cylinder 1181cc, available as an 'Express Delivery Van' too.
(Info on the Beaulieu, on Georgano's new Encyclopedia and Wise's book...I missed the 4th.  )

I don't have the Beaulieu, but I found the Ipe in the Oswald and the Kubisch books, where an ad was shown:

Die Ipe-Autogesellschaft mbH mit Sitz in Berlin wurde im Jahre 1919 gegründet und begann mit der Herstellung von zweisitzigen Kleinwagen. Der Ipe 4/12 PS besaß einen seitengesteuerten 1017-ccm-Vierzylindermotor, zwei Vorwärtsgänge und Kardanantrieb, auch gab es einen 4/14 PS mit 1181-ccm-Motor. Eine Ausführung als Lieferwagen bot man ebenfalls an. Die Produktion währte nur kurz und dürfte bereits gegen Ende 1920 eingestellt worden sein.
