Looks very much like a Johnard Bentley Donington.

Yes! This particular example is a 1978 Bentley Donington Special, built by a company that to my knowledge existed under two different names: Johnard Vintage Cars or Halse Engineering. Your answer is correct, either way.

The Halse looks quite different really.
