Clear! Thank You very much indeed! However, I have never seen this car before and never heard of it.. Maybe because it is very very rear.. Even official VM website has no word abou it !!!

I have this listed as a VM Nardo GT turbo, so the point goes to DHoffmann, as he was the first to come anywhere near identifying it ;)

Auto Katalog, 1991 (about VM):

"Das junge Unternehmen hat sich auf den Bau der zwei Modelle Seventy Seven und Nardo sowie auf den Vertrieb von Kit-Car- und Restaurations-Zubehör spezialisiert. Den Lotus-Nachbau bietet VM in vier unterschiedlich weit vormontierten Ausbaustufen an, die 6700 bis 29 800 Mark kosten. Als Komplettfahrzeug mit 2,0-Liter-Ford-Motor und 77 kW (105 PS) kostet er 44 232 Mark. Der Nardo in den Versionen 200 GT und 200 GT Turbo ist laut Hersteller ein Sportwagen, bei dessen Entwicklung die Tradition der kompromisslosen Roadster fortgeführt wurde. Für entsprechende Fahrleistungen sorgt ein 150 kW (240 PS) starker Ford-Cosworth-Motor."

1992:

"Seit neun Jahren beschäftigt sich VM mit der Herstellung von Kleinserien-Sportwagen. Der Seventy Seven hat eine GFK-Karosserie und ein selbsttragendes Gitterrohrchassis. Grosserientechnik und Motoren von Ford sollen eine reibungslose Ersatzteil-versorgung garantieren. VM bietet die Möglichkeit, neben den Fertigfahrzeugen auch zwischen vier verschiedenen Bausatzvarianten zu wählen. Der Kunde kann sich durch Auswahl von Chassis, Fahrwerks- und Karrosserieteilen sowie der Lackierung sein Fahrzeug individuell zuzammenstellen. Die Motorisierung reicht von 74 kW (100 PS) bis 93 kW (127 PS). Leistungsgesteigerte Aggregate sind ebenfalls im Programm. Auf die gleichen technischen Grundfesten wie der Seventy Seven baut auch der Nardo 200 GT auf, der nur als Komplettfahrzeug erhältlich ist. Neben dem 88 kW (120 PS) starken Sauger ist auch ein Turbo mit 163 kW (220 PS) im Handel."

The parts about the Nardo translates roughly into something like this: The Nardo is based on the Seventy Seven, and is meant to be a modern evolution of the original design. It is only available in turnkey form, not as a kit car, in one version with and one without a turbo option. The turbo version puts out 220 hp.
