That's the Brooks Stevens-designed Western Printing Sales Van, 1937

QuoteThe first of several customized streamlined vehicles designed by Stevens' firm in the late 1930s was this sales car, made for the children's book manufacturer Western Printing and Lithography Company of Racine. The interior, designed by Stevens' graphics specialist James Rohan, carried up to1000 pounds of sample books, games, and playing cards in a custom-built illuminated display. The exterior was painted in a modernistic gray and black scheme with red and chrome accents.

Sure. A nicely looking little vehicle, isn't it?

It is. I had posted this as a "Name That Cat" puzzle on another board, in the pre-AutoPuzzles days. Stevens has an interesting body of work to his credit, automotive and otherwise.
