Paul Jaray

That's the car, from a very small place, that is?

Paul Jaray

Correct!
Here's your point.

well let me tell you that i can answer all your questions reguard the "SYMBOL" car built by "EPOCAR" in the Reppubblic of San Marino, the smallest reppubblic in the world.
The builder of the Symbol was my father Agostino Bruschi, who died 11 years ago.
I still own the "n° 1" wich is the first of 30 cars built and sold in the mid 80's in italy and europe.
if you like to know more about the symbol like what engine it has or who disigned it or what so ever please contact me and i'll be happy to answer.

Hi John!
Wellcome to Autopuzzles!
I've been in San Marino few times and it's amazing how such a small place had more than a car-maker....
I'm sure I have some info about Epocar in my magazines but nothing compared to what we can have from you!
I'll be very happy to know more about your father's car, and if you have more pictures of it, please post them.
I'm sure you know there is another 'Epocar' that builds retro cars (Conte and Countess), based in Serbia.

Ciao,
Francesco PJ

DeAutogids

Which Epocar do you mean? The San Marino one or the Serbia one?

DeAutogids

Me too, but that is the one I know less about...

Paul Jaray

I have some magazines and catalogs with some info, but I sent an email to the builder's son, John asking for more reliable info.

San Marino :)

there exists a Serb?

Can you explain the difference between the two automakers?

DeAutogids

The San Marino one made, I believe, a Morgan replica with Ford mechanics.

The Serbian Epocar made two types of retrocars upon a Volkswagen beetle chassis. One was a Mercedes-Benz SSK-replica, the other a Jaguar 2.5 litre Open Tourer-replica. The company was in existence around 2005 but seems to have gone out of business since.

pava

thank you.

so are two separate (different ) car manufacturers??

Arunas

I'd be thankful for pictures of Serbian Epocar.

In the meantime, one Epocar Symbol is (was) for sale:
