It is from New Zealand, meant to resemble a Ford GT40 (with Ford Capri rear lights). But no name :(

no & no. The 3 zeros are correct..the initials go before the numerals. alphabetical letter sequence: 7.. 2..19

Going by your clues - it should be GBS ?000.
If that is correct so far then I'll go for GBS 3000
