I think you deserve the point!
It is indeed the DC Qualis Surf Open Deck, based on the pick-up (Surf) version of the Toyota Qualis.

Just for the record: I also think Pnegyesi deserve the point.
The only word didn't show up was 'Surf', but Pnegyesi posted 'DC Design' and 'modified Toyota Qualis'; I wrote 'Toyota bB', and 'Open Deck'.
