I think it was called Barkas Express 800.

Here are two from Schwerin, similar, but not exactly the same:

From what I have read, this Barkas train was operated in Chemnitz (Karl-Marx-Stadt) during their 800th anniversary celebrations in 1965. Here's a newspaper photo.

Interesting.  The original photo shows a two-axle trailer as do some of the other  photos - but not all of them.  There must have been different versions.
