What's this nice red car and when was it built, for 1 point?

Don't know why these puzzles are so easy!  I'd never even heard of that until I found this puzzle..

The name of this car should be Morassuti (with one 't').
I believe it is a one-off.

Not a one off, actually.
There were 9 similar cars, buit by Parisotto with tubular frame by Pasqualin for each member of Scuderia Patavium of Padova.
At least 3 of them are still out there:
