1968 Steven-Chevrolet. Ford "T" chassis, according to wikipedia. Built by Competition SA, led by Horacio Steven.

Engine is a 250 cubic inch Chevrolet straight-6.

Wikipedia also names the car as a Chevrolet-250 Prototipo.

Car is also called "Trueno Naranja" or "Orange Thunder".
