I don't know what the make is - though I have an inkling - but kindly tell me, and also who did the body (which I do know).

Shot in the dark: Briggs?

bentleybob

Very much in the dark: no

RayTheRat

Ok, is this car from the USA?

bentleybob

Perhaps part of it (see above)

RayTheRat

The body shape is very much like a 1928/29 Model A Ford.  But the parallel rear leaf springs would negate that thought unless it was placed on a different chassis.  The body style is very close to an A400, which is what prompted the thought of Briggs as the coach boulder.  In addition, the headlights are wrong for a Model A.

I don't understand the following:

"Ok, is this car from the USA?"

"Perhaps part of it (see above)"

I've been looking at my ceiling all evening and haven't seen anything yet.  :)

I'll just ask a single question: is the original body from the USA?

bentleybob

This body is not from the USA. I don't know who constructed the chassis (the above part).

RayTheRat

Ok.  Thanks.  I'll keep searching.
